This modpack is meant to be more sight-seeing based while still offering a little to people who like techy mods or some magical aspects.
Biomes o plenty paired with biomes you'll go makes for an abundance of new areas to explore! Rival the Techy players by farming with Productive Bee's - yes it's as it sounds like, these little guys can even get you emeralds, diamonds, quartz, coal, even Exp!
On the chance you want to try getting into some Tech then Thermal Expansion and Powah! may be just for you; they're pretty user-friendly and it's a nice starting point!
For the more advanced users who like a challenge: Mekanism offers even more, not just with automation but also with power!
If you want to try something different I highly recommend Astral Sorcery, it'll even change your view of the sky as you unlock constellations!
For something a little more immediate try Ars Nouveau with it's quick-spellbook to throw spells around!
