This update fixes the problem with the following features:

Homes should work now with /sethome and /home!
BetterFPS works properly now!

Known Bugs:
Breaking a tool that you got out of a Loot Bag from Random Loot Mod
makes your server slowly crash, starting with not dropping items until
it just stops working! DO NOT break these tools, rather throw them in 
lava or let them de-spawn! No current fix!

These features got added and these got removed!
