Village Life

A beta release mostly for my LPers and people interested in testing the latest files out; crashes may happen I haven't tested this out much at all.

-Turned down the amount of storms since the sound of thunder can make lets plays nearly unwatchable. Lpers may want to hit escape and turn this down even more, or even off when recording.
-Updated numerous individual mods to their latest versions . . . though fewer mods than expected updated over the holiday
-Added in some rudimentary quests that help people get started. This doesn't get into a lot of the more advanced mods YET but it should help people who are feeling lost starting out.
