Verdant Idea

0.8 changes:

• updated Wasteland Things and Biome Blends
• added depleted, poor and restoring soils, which are a new variant of dirt
• reworked fishing loot tables
• added an alternative recipe for tablet of summon animals
• added amethyst fertilizer, a new item capable of transforming cracked sand into depleted soil
• added cloverleaf, which can be spawned by using compost on depleted soil; it works similar to pink petals, but spreads naturally on depleted soil variants
• added recovering biomes, a new stage between ruined and verdant biomes
• changed the grass, foliage, water and sky colors of ruined and recovering biomes
• fixed 0.7 seed quests not matching NBT properly
• removed the duplicate rubberwood sapling recipe
• changed the method to get sugarbag bees (fixes nest spawning not working)
• changed fel pumpkin recipe to make it viable pre-steel
• fixed an issue with cracked sand water bottle interaction and shields
• removed antimatter and replaced its uses with plutonium pellets
• removed silky bee, reed bee is no longer obtainable
• skybee no longer produces ice
• removed resonant rod (the old one from before 0.7)
