(+) Buffed Healing staff. (splash heal AOE can now heal the staff bearer.) (+) Buffed spawn chances of elite, and ultra variant eldritch mobs by 3x.

(=) Tweaks to "Crosshair Tweaks". (reduced opacity to 40%, Removed blending.) (=) Tweaks to "Login Protection". (5 seconds of invulnerability to mob attacks when spawning in. This is meant to give lower-end devices a chance to stabilize when loading into the world so you aren't fighting mobs at 10fps right as you spawn.)
