Config Changes:

-Removed the mod update check for Xaero's Minimap
-Gave players a very slight speed boost
-Increased fall distance tolerance for the player
-Increased wall-cling time and jump height
-Re-enabled crafting grid repair, but it strips enchantments
-Tweaked item rarity

-Made numerous small tweaks to sound occlusion
-Disabled the 'waterlogged' sound effect for walking, because it was thoroughly unpleasant
-Disabled acid rain destroying blocks
-Enabled blizzards destroying plants
-Slowed down the rate at which blizzards deposit ice and snow
-Blizzards slow down mobs
-Snow now melts in warm biomes and accumulates correctly during snowfall
-Snow now melts gradually if there's more than one layer of it, preventing absurd snowpiles from blizzards
-Got rid of naturally spawning plague rats
-Made a lot of minor world gen adjustments, such as increased ore gen and world generation performance
-Decreased the number of threads world generation is allowed to take from 16 to 14 to make space for sound occlusion calculations. World gen may be less seamless, but you'll get less hiccups in other areas of the engine
-Vines are no longer incorrectly marked as mobs that can't breed in summer. They are blocks.
