Fix bundled-mod extraction. Publisher's zip writer (PowerShell Compress-Archive) was producing ZIPs with non-spec backslash path separators. Modrinth and CF launchers read overrides/mods/X.jar entries as single literal filenames and never extracted bundled jars into the player's mods folder, hence the 'terrablender / biomesoplenty not installed' errors. Switched to jar.exe (JDK) which writes forward-slash paths. Same mod content as 0.4.18.
