Fix handshake crash: Distant Horizons 3.1.0-b client tries to send a config packet during login but DH still NPEs on dedicated server (MC_CLIENT null), so the channel could never be satisfied — removed from pack. FancyMenu + Konkrete now installed server-side so their handshake packet works. Re-add DH if/when 3.x ships real server support.
