Added CreateScopes resourcepack to fix the scopes in CreateGuns resourcepack
BYG was crashing the server in The End. In end-biomes.json5, set "addAllEndBiomeCategoryEntries": false and "forceBYGEndBiomeSource": false and imparius_grove weight from 3 to 0.

Rebalanced mahou tsukai based on the mod authors recommended server config
hordes: made golden apples, enchanted golden apples, golden moss, and enchanted golden moss cure zombie infection
majruszsdifficulty: removed debuffs when taking fall damage (first aid already does similar)
waystones: minimum cost = 1
waystones: world generated waystones are unbreakable
waystones: deny dimensional warp
the hordes: time between spawns from 10->18 days
infernal mobs: ender false (not fun to 1 shot yourself), ninja false (not fun to 1 shot yourself), storm false (love this one but unfortunately if it kills you it destroys all your stuff)
