VanillaGelato

Major rebalancing update. After extensive testing of version 2, it was felt that Mystical Agriculture combined with Botany Pots took the pack further from Vanilla than my testers were comfortable with. My testers wanted the pack to enable building of Vanilla style resource farms with enhancements rather than replacing vanilla farms completely. We also tracked the progress of mods towards supporting 1.16 and removed some that didn't appear to be on track to support that soon.
