Disabled hunger cost for oreexcavation
Disabled all Tinker's materials that are not in the game, though Construct's Armory is still a bit goofy
Implemented FTB Money system, though more is to come
Removed all Generators and hopefully all RF using Machines from ExtraUtilities2
Disabled Coils from Random Things
Reworked the Angel Ring Recipe to make it slightly harder
Patched some recipe conflicts
