Changelog 1.7.4
- Disabled APT spawns to try and fix spawning issue.
(Only witches were spawning! It's so annoying to google that issue, cuz everyone else only has the opposite problem!)

- Growth potions > nether shrooms
- Reliquary fragments only with looting, 0.03 chance per level.
(Again. configs got reset accidentally, and I didn't notice till now)
