Vanadium Triple Plus

Rebalanced some Cataclysm bosses.
Altered some end game item stats. This should make many more weapons and armor viable for the end/late game.
Added Rainbowcompound, Soul Fire'd, Soulhome, ToroHealhIndicator, Antique Atlas, Obscure Tooltips, Create Extended Gears, and Mahou Tsukai.
The actual magic system of Mahou Tsukai has been totally removed, and should have no effect on gameplay. The purpose of adding the mod was to turn some of its cooler spell scrolls and weapons into standard items, which can be crafted and used without any prior knowledge.

Added tons of fun tooltips, especially to explain Mahou Tsukai items and other special weaponry.

Changed up a lot of recipes and added new ones for various items.
