Mod removals:
-ThaumicJEI - Causes too much startup overhead and confusion when you try joining servers.

Config tweaks (grab from MultiMC)
-harvestcraft.cfg - Made vanilla food not useless.
-oreexcavation.cfg - No veinmining Stone and Netherrack, way too easy to do and eats durability.
-/scripts/general.zs - Removed aether recipe conflicts.
-/advRocketry/advancedRocketry.cfg - Disabled libVulpes ores spawning.
-pneumaticraft.cfg - Turned down oil spawn rate.
-aether_legacy.cfg - Turned off messages on loading screens.
-hats.cfg - Turned off losing hats upon death
-/scripts/recipes.zs - Added proper natura stick recipes.
-ice_and_fire.cfg - Disable pixies stealing items, disabled dragon spawning in mining dimension/twilight forest
-openblocks.cfg - Fixed elevator range

Known issues:
-The 'Auto' GUI scale will cause controls to not be properly visible. This is fixed if you switch to another GUI scale size.
-If you press the cloud button in your inventory then the question mark to the left of that inventory, the game crashes.
-The version of Java that Twitch ships with is garbage and not actually good enough to run this pack without randomly freezing. Use the JAR Launcher option and the latest version of Java 8 (64-bit) from Oracle if you plan to use Twitch launcher, otherwise use MultiMC.
-Quark's 'place below block' function has issues with torches. Whoops.
-Using Quark emotes may cause the player emoting to visually spaz out to other players.
