Description
Introduction
- Unkind Valley: Reimagined (UVR for short) is a new twist on my old Modpack with the same name.
- I felt that the original was very empty and lackluster so I ported the Modpack to a newer version and started remaking it.
- This version focuses more on dimensional exploration and magic, you'll have countless dimensions to conquer, new, and old.
- This pack is still in the alpha phase so please, report any bugs in the comment section.
What does it bring to the table?
- Heavy focus on exploration and magic, countless dimensions full of enemies and bosses, custom magic spells and tools to aid you in fights.
- Easy to play, hard to master; This Modpack essentially plays like vanilla, you can explore at your own pace but resource management and fearless exploration is the key to mastering this pack.
- Even though the valley is unkind, the pacing is not. I've chosen not to include quests so the player can explore however they want. No boring tech progression or locked game elements!
Visuals
- Bundled with custom resourcepacks, they are very lightweight and won't impact your framerate.
- Built-in shaders optimalized for average gameplay. Of course, they are still shaders, turn them off if you experience framerate drops.
Settings and Server
- Configs that influence the game are pre-set to my personal preference, however, feel free to edit them however you like.
- Install the server package by importing it into the Curseforge launcher; Server tutorial is inside the server package.
- Recommended JVM arguments:
