Unicorns RLCraft Revived!
What's new
Unicorns RLCraft 1.5 – Update Notes
New mods added:
- Water Erosion – rivers and water now slowly carve and shape the terrain around them over time, for more natural-looking landscapes.
- Streams Reflowing – adds naturally flowing, winding rivers and streams to world generation.
- Salvage Workbench – break down tools, weapons, and gear you don't need anymore to recover some of the materials.
- Corail Tombstone – when you die, your items are collected into a grave marker instead of scattering everywhere, so you can recover your stuff.
What changed in this update: This was a big maintenance pass — nearly 300 mods were checked, and around 100 of them got bumped to newer versions. Most of it you won't notice day to day, but it fixes a batch of bugs, tightens up mod compatibility, and improves performance. Highlights:
- Fixed a bug where certain items (a torch was the one we caught, but it likely affected others) would randomly stop stacking with identical copies after being used near storage or chests.
- Fixed a startup crash some players were hitting related to Create and Farmer's Delight.
- Loot bags (common through legendary) got a big top-up of extra, tested items, so bag drops feel less repetitive.
- General updates across building, decoration, food, mob, and world-gen mods — mostly bug fixes and small compatibility improvements from the mod authors themselves.
Known issues (not fixed yet):
- A couple of Create-related recipes (Croptopia+Create, Create+TaCZ auto) are temporarily broken because Create's own update changed its recipe format — waiting on those addon mods to catch up.
- A couple of decorative items (like the giant spruce cone from Dynamic Trees BWG) are missing their texture — that's a bug in that mod itself, not something this update introduced.
A note on how this update was made: Claude AI was used as a tool to help update, verify, and test the mod files in a safer and faster way — checking mod compatibility and running test-server boots to catch crashes before they could reach players. No AI-generated art or AI-generated ideas were used in making this update — all creative decisions, loot bag contents, and design choices are the pack author's own.
