Uncharted Expeditions

This is a HOTFIX update that rolls back Tax' Ocean Villager to an earlier version due to it having insufficient info in its changelog about breaking changes made to the mod. 

This also removes mcfunctions from Tax' Ocean Villager that set 'doTileDrops' gamerule that would sometimes cause new players not to be able to get loot from drops in a fresh world. 

Below is the changelog for 1.0.4.1 and 1.0.4.2 as 1.0.4.1 was archived due to having included a version of Tax' Ocean Villager no longer available on Curseforge.
