Major pack update! This removes some things and changes some things and may break single-player worlds. Likewise there is a new multiplayer map. If you are playing single player, please back up and test!!

The biggest change of importance is ME DRIVES ARE NOW DISABLED to give more use to the methods of transportation. ME systems can still be used via interfaces on any storage block.

Added:

- Water control

- Immersive Petroleum

- Minecraft Comes Alive

- A few new IR packs*

Updated:

- Immersive Technology (from the old one to the rewrite)

- VanillaFix

- CraftTweaker

- Immersive Railroading
- Advanced Rocketry

- Biomes o' Plenty

- EnderIO

- FoamFix

- Ambient Sounds

- CraftTweaker

Removed:

CarryOn (explained in the changes section)

- Coloured Lights/Albedo (they simply didn't work as well as I had hoped)

- Extra Cells/Applied Integrations (due to cells being disabled these add nothing)

- Recipes for backpacks, satchels, cache, and any other portable storage system

Changes:
- Portable storage: Satchels, backpacks, cache, strongbox, ME cells, shulker boxes, luggage, portable tanks and any other form of inventory/portable storage has been disabled. The pack is designed to be around mass transportation via land, sea and air - there's no point in using these vehicles if you can carry 10 million dirt in your pocket! CarryOn was also removed as part of this change, and compressed blocks from cOre are disabled too.

- OpenBlocks tanks are still enabled, but no longer stack
- ME Quantum tunnels are disabled. A location-based replacement will be added very soon.

- A whole new wooooorld (if you're playing on the server that is)

*These will download twice for logistical reasons; once as part of the config to allow players to easily connect to the server, and once in resource packs in order to credit the authors properly. Blame IR for how they set up their pack system :)
