Optional Content Update
-Added some some more optional resourcepacks, btw "Colourful Containers GUI" fucks up Hypixel.
-Added "Sounds" mod, that can be tweaked to you liking.
-Added "Weather Refined" makes the weather better.
-Added "Chat Patches" Which just makes some tweaks to the chat, evt raising it so it don't overlap with the armor bar.
-Added some library mods which does nothing. (Is resourcepack related)
