UKSP Server Update - 1.8.1: You'll need a magnifying glass

Please update your modpack version to the latest to join the server.

Notes:

• There was an itsy bitsy, teeny weenie, little block editting thingy. Have fun with the new bits chiseling.
• More on the Electroblob's armors are added to the book with some stat tweaks
• Tridents should drop from eldar guardians and work better
• Removed the custom added recipies for soul lantern as the modpack dev got around to adding one
• Buffed Nuclearcraft power co-efficient to be roughly equal to extreme reactors (with optimal ractors for both, not sure how it will effect low teirs)
