1.1.0.: The Chills & Comforts Update

PROGRESSION CHANGES:

  • The Overworld is no longer a part of the progression. Instead, in order to enter the End, you need to craft a dimensional painting leading to that dimension.

  • The Final Castle's boss has been replaced by a much better one.

  • The Twilight Forest portal can still be opened. However, it requires a Command Block to do so, meaning that you can only open it in Creative Mode or through cheats.

CHANGES:

  • Removed XP Tomes due to a visual bug involving the experience bar and because they barely store any experience especially if you are at a high level. It is advised to uncraft them and extract the experience from them before updating your world.

  • Removed Uncrafting Table recycling recipes.

  • Disabled Environmental's Apple Pie.

  • Removed Configured.

  • Removed the Backback's config button.

  • Removed Don't Drop Your Compass since the Twilight Forest's tag "kept_on_death" works the same.

  • Removed Void Totem and Better Impaling since they have been made obsolete with Forgery.

  • Snow Guardians have been overhauled. Now they have more health and they have different attributes/abilities depending on their armor.

  • This modpack now uses Farmer's Delight ropes instead of Supplementaries' ones.

  • Changed the recipes of Leads, Knightmetal Shields, Underbrick, Corrupted Wart, Tool Belts, Raw Knightmetal, Arrows of Freezing, Sanguine Plating and Large Arrows.

  • Bows and Crossbows have new recipes and textures.

  • The Twilight Scepter now needs a Silver Ingot as well in order to be repaired.

  • The Lifedrain Scepter now needs Nether Wart as well in order to be repaired.

  • The Sanguine Plates recipe now yields 32 blocks per batch.

  • The Twilight Forest's jars now look more similar to the Supplementaries' ones.

  • Buffed the durability of Knightmetal Equipment, Phantasmal Equipment, Yeti Armor, Fiery Equipment (Except for the Shield), Gold Tools, Silver Tools, Seeker Bows, Ice Bows and Fishing Rods

  • Nerfed the durability of Knightmetal Shields and Tri-Bows.

  • Updated and added some new entries to the Twilight Quest Guide and Tips.

  • Knightmetal Shields are now repaired with Knightmetal Ingots.

  • Tridents are now repaired with Prismarine Crystals.

  • It now snows in the Glacier biome.

  • Rebalanced and tweaked many Twilight Forest structure's loot tables.

  • Removed the Seeker Bow and Blue Ice from the Snow Queen's Loot Table.

  • Decreased Snow Queen's Ice Bomb drop amount.

  • Increased the amount of Sanguine Tears dropped by the Ur-Ghast.

  • Minotaurs now drop more Meef.

  • Golden Minotaur Axes are no longer obtainable.

  • Removed Glass Swords from the Aurora Palace loot table.

  • The Alpha Yeti and the Snow Queen now drop less Ice Bombs.

  • The Ice Bow is no longer found in Aurora Palace chests and is now repaired using Ice Core Rods.

  • Belt Pouches can no longer be crafted. Instead, they can be found in Knight Stronghold, Labyrinth and Lich Tower Chests.

  • Kelp and Sea Pickles can now be obtained through fishing.

  • Certain mobs (e.g.: Stable Ice Cores) no longer drop ash if killed using fire.

  • Prismarine Shards and Crystals are now obtainable in the Twilight Forest either through fishing, Fancy Well or Aurora Palace loot or through duplication. (in the case of crystals)

  • Horse Armors are no longer found in Hedge Mazes.

  • Dianthuses now generate in Twilight Swamps.

  • Cartwheels now appear in Enchanted Forests.

  • Bluebells now appear in Dark Forests.

  • Violets now appear in the Highlands.

  • Foxes now spawn in Dark Forests.

  • Mimes now can spawn rarely in Medium and Large Hollow Hills.

  • Forgotten now can be found very rarely in Large Hollow Hills.

  • Piglins and Hoglins now spawn in Fire Swamps. Also, the bartering loot table has been tweaked to include Nether-exclusive blocks and materials such as Nylium.

  • Piglins can now barter Warping Powder and Nether Wart.

  • Stonelings now spawn in Troll Caves. (Although very rarely)

  • Projectile, Fire, Blast and Magic Protection now cost 1.5 enchantment points.

  • The Hydra, Ur-Ghast and Snow Queen no longer drop Vitality books since you can actually get them through enchanting.

  • Purple Candles now increase the chance of getting Vitality at an Enchanting Table.

  • Vitality now goes up to level IV and now costs 2.5 enchantment points per level.

  • Curses can now increase an item's enchantment point capacity.

  • All protection-type enchantments are now compatible with eachother. However, Protection and Vitality still remain incompatible with each other.

  • Silk Touch now costs 4 enchantment points.

  • Flame can now be applied to Crossbows.

  • Looting can now be applied to Axes.

  • Tweaked the enchantment point costs of Unbreaking, Quick Charge and Power so they don't confuse the enchantment point limit.

  • The influence of Candles in Matrix Enchanting is now more powerful.

  • Matrix Enchanting cost scaling now takes place at longer intervals.

  • The Enchantment Table's Base Max Piece Count has been increased.

  • The enchantment point limit of some items and equipment sets has been changed.

  • Twilight Forest chests and Poise chests can now be converted into Vanilla chests.

  • The Diamond Minotaur Axe has been nerfed, retextured and renamed to "Mazebasher".

  • Meef Stroganoff is now stackable up to 16.

  • Upon being crafted, Steeleaf Boots now come enchanted with Magic Protection II instead of Feather Falling II

  • The Minoshroom is now Fireproof and is even more resistant to projectile, blast and magic damage.

  • Tweaked how End City loot works. Furthermore, enchanted iron and diamond hoes, axes and knives have been added. Meanwhile, saddles, beetroot seeds and horse armors have been yeeted from the loot table.

  • Some disabled items should no longer appear in the EMI inventory.

  • Cursed Emblems, Cursed Fragments and Knightmetal Shields are now kept on death.

  • Fixed a bug which allowed players to keep XP on death.

  • The Quest Grove's structure has been overhauled.

  • The Aurora Palace has been revamped with Aurora Palace Regeared (By Gearsaw Studios).

  • Corrupted Wart has been renamed to Frozen Wart.

  • The Freeze effect has been renamed to Frozen (Freezing in the case of potions).

  • The Corrupted Potion has been renamed to the Chilly Potion.

  • Frozen Rotten Flesh has been renamed to Frozen Flesh.

  • The TNT Barrel has been renamed to Gunpowder Barrel.

  • Large Hollow Hill Diamond Ore stalactites have a slightly higher weight.

  • Reduced the melee damage dealt by Knight Phantoms.

  • Knightmetal and Steeleaf Axes now have the same Attack Damage as the Diamond Axe.

  • Golden Tools can now mine the same range of blocks as Iron Tools.

  • Deepers now have 12 Armor points.

  • Added new Advancements.

  • Added Aurodium, a new drop from the Snow Queen.

  • Blaze Lanterns can now be used as heat sources for the cooking pot and the skillet.

  • Added new ambient music for many biomes, structures and bosses.

  • Added some new armor set bonuses:

    • Fiery Armor grants you Fire Resistance I. (Does not protect against lava though)
    • Knightmetal Armor renders you immune to Weakness.
    • Ironwood Armor grants Clarity. (For those who don't know, it increases the amount of gained XP by 40% per level.)
    • Steeleaf Armor grants Haste.
