Okay remember I said my game's a bit laggier on the last update? ^^ It was, to me. But I fixed it with a very simple trick: I just reinstall the modpack, then everything was back to normal! And I move all my saves back, like nothing ever happend! Before this, I tried downgrading and removing different mods again and again to test stuff out, but there was no luck at all. Turns out a reinstall is all it takes! :D

Your game is probably fine, I assume it was just my game that ran into some kind of problem, but hey, let's say if your game started lagging after updates, just like me. Then try to do what I did! ^^

And needless to say, backup your saves to somewhere safe first, then move or copy them back to your game when things are normal! :>

Also I lowered some distant horrizon settings: chunk render distant changed from 256 to 128, quailty preset changed from medium to low, and cpu load changed from balanced to low impact. If your PC is not like my potato PC, you can set them to whatever you like of course!

I made some changes to custom menu and background as well! And I re-applied the resource packs so the background you see on the main menu is probably not mine.
