Lots of little updates to the craftweaker script, added a few new mods and a few missing ones.

-FTB chunks(mod:added appearently it just wasnt in the pack)

-Shulkerbox tooltip (mod:added appearently it just wasnt in the pack, remove for servers)

-Enhanced Celestials (mod:added appearently it just wasnt in the pack)

-Illagers wear armor (mod:added) -ftbbanners (mod:added)

-Dimensional Dungeons (mod:added)

-Emerald stack size has been reaised from 32 to 64

-fixed heop metal bars recipes

-fixed voltmeter recipe

-fixed arc furnace alloy recipes

-Fixed mechanical crafting recipe for advanced table

-Recipe for the flux cell frame and cell corrected

-New recipe has been added for the mega torches in order to nerf them a bit
