- Added helpfixer mod to deal with bad help implementations
- Added EE3 helper to allow for regen of the EE3 values on demand
- Added a waila plugin for EE3

Changes and Tweaks
- Rebalancing of hunger settings
- Re-enable wood and stone hoes, balancing of early game

- Increased by 1 the number of verticle veins in the bedrock dim (reward was too low at 1)
