Fixed quests, which couldnt be finished.

Minor changes in quests.

Deactivated the sound muffler from extra utilities in the config. It caused game crashes even if the sound muffler wasnt build.

Fixed the endquest in the betweenlands line where the quest reward was destroyed, if you claimed it inside the betweenlands.

This could happen even now, but its much more unlikely to happen. Just dont claim the heart container inside the betweenlands, as it counts as overworld food and spoils ;)

Updated nuclearcraft and mekanism.
