-removed KubeJS Tweaks due to redunancy.

-updated configs to reflect mod updates, such as resource pack overriddes needing to point to an updated resource pack of modded omelet mod.

-updated crafttweaker and kubejs configs to balance and integrate modpack.

-added Distance Horizons mod to reflect popularity with Torb's Landing Discird Server.

-updated default options to optimize Distant Horizons addition

-Distant Horizons is being set at initially an opt-in/disabled state to reflect not everyone might use the mod on a Create/Cobblemon server due to entities. Settings in modpack update however are optimized in case it is enabled.

-datapacks updated to reflect mod and config updates.

-added Botany Compat Layer datapack project to address integratrion due to missing features observed between mods in this release.
