Too Many Dwellers/Stalkers

-Sleeping bags broke in recent update so i had to switch them with new mod "Sleep Tight" and made it function together with "Somnia Awoken", changed recipes for night bags and updated guide book. Game might crash sometimes when sleeping i will try to fix this.
