Updated a bunch of mods

Added:

  • CobblemonAlphas
    • Alpha Pokemon can now spawn, always aggressive ( I hope), twice the regular size and a min of 3 max IV's

Changes:

  • Aggression of pokemon has been lowered a little
  • Masterball loot has been lowered (again, thanks I8urbase12)
  • Lootr refreshes has been fixed to 48 hours instead of 6
  • Chests weight a bit less
