Added permafrost to Luna craters

Improved ice cave generation on Luna

Improved water and lava cave generation on Mars

Tweaked spider spawn rates on Luna and Mars

Added marooned undead astronauts to Luna that drop spacesuit components when killed

Added brainslime consumed undead astronauts to Mars that also drop spacesuit components

Renamed festive creeper to ferric creeper

All name plates are currently hidden but this is a WIP mob naming workaround which should be fixed soon
