No more gemstone tools!

Diamond, ruby, sapphire and peridot tools/armor has been removed as it didn't fit with the balance and progression of the modpack

Made diamonds generate in smaller clumps to reflect their reduced utility

Added Mouse Tweaks, Appleskin, Fast Leaf Decay, Blockcraftery and Construct's Armory

All enchanted books have been removed from JEI as they are unobtainable

Rutile ore has been made much rarer

Reduced Luna ore generation as it was a bit ridiculous

Removed ore doubling from the tinkers smeltery as 0 RF doubling was OP, use a pulveriser instead

Actually remembered to include the scripts folder unlike 1.2 so the modpack works properly!
