Removed all duplicate or redundant items/recipes/ores

Added a notebook page with Earth's dial address to nether fortress loot chests so you no longer have to check the AUNIS wiki to get home

Removed crafting recipe for mysterious pages and added them to desert temple and stronghold library loot chests

Added Proper Finite Water so only lakes of water and larger create infinite sources

Removed the Aqueous Accumulator as it didn't deplete surrounding water blocks, use the clearing pump instead

Made slime islands unique to the overworld

Disabled interdimensional teleportation using the matter transmitter/receiver, use a Stargate instead

Added a slim chance of Atum 2 Assassins pouring through Stargates without an iris
