This modpack is centered around Thaumcraft 6
I'll be honest I looked at what cool addons there were for Thaumcraft 6 to make a longer expirence out of it, and added in the ones that seemed cool to me.
Also added some quality of life mods
And whatever integrates itself into Thaumcraft 6 itself.
I have not tested this thoroughly and I'm not sure if everything in the modpack works or not.
