Changes:

Wayshrines now cost exp based on distance, 1 level per 1k blocks maxing out at 30 levels, or 15 levels between dimensions. This change is intended to give other methods of travel a purpose, preventing wayshrines from dominating and preventing the use of other travel methods. Plates still have no exp cost, so for commonly visited locations consider setting up plates.
