Time and Relative Dimensions

After some issues I had on my testing server

I have removed 

aincient warefare 2

cyberware

drawbridges

regeneration

and valkyrien skies

and added biblio craft and more galacticraft planets.

these changes should fix the issues I experience on my server and all should be well.
