-Removed around 10 mods in the pursuit of a lighter modpack

-Completely rebalanced Scaling Health. Fixed one shotting of players but not mobs. Fixed Ender Skills being overpowered.

-Fixed Tier questline to reflect newly added mods and not include stuff about removed mods

-Still need to fix guide book. It is almost useless now.
