A large rewrite and overhaul of Tiamat's Roost

Old worlds will not be compatable.

• Replaced all mods with either new ones or updated version.
  - Remade the quest book
  - Remade recipes

I honestly don't remember or know of every exact change from 2.8 to 3.0. But there is ALOT.

This would have been on 1.21.1 neofroge. But it has proven to be a bit too unstable for the time being as it is relatively new.
