Update v0.9: Very Large Update!

Notes: 
- Removed Journeymap and replaced with Map Atlas mod.
- Removed Bclib, Better Nether and Better End as it was causing server sided issues.
- May add back Better Nether and Better End in the future once problem is resolved.

Tweaks and Changes
- Fixed many server sided issues and timed out error.
- Added more changes recipes to the quest book.
- Tweaked recipes for dragon steel sword as Better Nether is now removed.

Instructions for players in version 0.3 and below:
- It is recommended NOT to upgrade to a version later than 0.3 unless you know what you are doing.
- Upgrading to a later version will result in some loss of data or world corruption, or loss of any progress in the Nether and End dimension.

Currently Known Issues:
- Blur does not work properly.
- Item tags are currently stuffed up.
