Modpack cleanup and optimization: removed unused magic mods (Ars Nouveau, Occultism, Roots 4), orphaned libraries and utilities, and duplicate mods. Updated several mods to newer versions. Added performance mods (Entity Culling, MoreCulling, Chunk Sending), debug tools (spark, Observable), and quality of life improvements (Freecam, Just Zoom, Trash Cans, SeasonHud).
