1. Updated most mods
2. Reconfigured some mods(especially Ultimine(new block limit 256)) and recolored mod tool tip to red bold

Known bugs:

> Crashes from time to time about 0.9-2hrs it crashes (once it crashed cause of powersuits) so i removed it, i think it had update, if i find out it does not crash with that update ill add it back!

> For some reason tinkers construct removed slime boots(i think) but i may downgrade one version

Ill try  to catch most of the crashes and probably fix them (i got crashes from key pressed event(powersuits) and some eventhandling crashes but i could investigate) now keep playing!!
