Updated almost all mods to their latest release

Updated config for changed mods

Updated Forge to the required one(not latest one it won't lauch the game)

Added mods-

 Minimap(old one is replaced with new one that even has fullscreen version(just set keybind in settings)

 More weapons and shilds

 The only battle tower are now included and will generate within new chunks(recommended to start new game)

 More structures and dungeons now will generate within new chunks(recommeded to start new game)

 Added cylic

 Added some optimalization mods or some light-weight mods

 Added some cooking mods and food mods

 Added some mods like thoose ones that fix sound locations etc.

 Added botany pots and some mekanism addons for mod ores

Removed mods-

 Exacavation (there already was mod for this(FTB Ultimine) now configured a bit more

Cause of all thoose new mods and stuff i highly recommend to generate new worlds with this new verison but if you want to risk it, you can.
