Finally, the offline and online server disconnection problem has been resolved. This was caused by a mod called Alex Caves, which was an unofficial file. Removing it solved all the problems, as the game suffered from disconnections when loading the game and cave chunks from Alex Caves.

This will therefore be the definitive version.
