removed mekanism and mekanism generators

also the caves and clifs mod that wanst making diference

these mods were making gun fabriction harder by adding 3 types of copper wich was unencessary also andrew stoped playing so i removed these mods that he like for some reason

so they are removed

also now the caves and cliffs are gone i added biomes o plenty who was before in the modpack but was conflicting with somthing you know :)

i also changed the state of the modpack to beta because the first classification was an acident due to nervosism
