Highlights

StreamCraft Live now works on Mac and Linux. The big one. StreamCraft 0.7.26 ships per-OS native libraries (LiveKit FFI, JNA, JavaCV/FFmpeg) so in-game webcam, screen share, and voice now work everywhere. Pick the variant that matches your machine:

If you've been on TBA on Mac or Linux without working StreamCraft, this is your fix.

TBA leaves beta. After 100+ patch releases on Fabric 1.21.1, the modpack is stable enough to drop the 0.9 prefix. No breaking changes vs 0.9.100 — 1.0.0 was a symbolic version bump.

What's new

Mods updated

  • StreamCraft Live 0.5.1 → 0.7.26
    • Per-OS native libraries (Windows/Linux/macOS-arm64/macOS-x86_64)
    • Restored HUD overlays (LIVE indicator, viewer-name list, self-view preview) — these regressed in an earlier 0.6.0 build
    • Held-item tooltip now reads "StreamCraft Block" instead of the translation key
    • Minecraft 26.1 ("Tiny Takeover") support added (no impact on 1.21.1 players)
  • Connectible Chains updated

Quality of life

  • Distant Horizons no longer pesters you to update. DH stays pinned to 2.4.5-b — newer 3.x betas break server-side mixins (Travelers Backpack language lookups crash on world load). The "New update available!" popup on first launch is now suppressed via config/DistantHorizons.toml. Please don't update DH manually.

Per-version timeline (for the curious)

  • 1.0.5 — Distant Horizons popup suppression; StreamCraft 0.7.26 re-sourced from CurseForge metadata (native JARs are first-party CF dependencies, no overrides).
  • 1.0.4 — Multi-platform release pipeline; StreamCraft 0.6.2 → 0.7.26. Skipped — superseded by 1.0.5.
  • 1.0.3 — Reverted Distant Horizons 3.0.1-b → 2.4.5-b (DH 3.x ships an outdated fabric-resource-loader-v0 that broke the server).
  • 1.0.1 — Brief experiment with Distant Horizons 3.0.1-b. Rolled back in 1.0.3.
  • 1.0.0 — Out of beta. StreamCraft Live 0.5.1 → 0.6.2.
