The World is Alive

Summary

The World is Alive is a modpack which aims to inject a new breath of life into Minecraft's atmosphere and terrain. Diversity is the name of the game: tons of new mobs, a variety of new and abandoned structures to explore and conquer, and various features already present in Minecraft are expanded to create a more in-depth, yet casual experience! The pack is also oriented toward multiplayer, so get together with some of your friends to create an impressive farm, spelunk in some dangerous dungeons, build up an impressive dino empire, or simply just survive in a dangerous, dragon-infested countryside!

This modpack was initially created due to my dissatisfaction with pre-existing popular modpacks containing some of my favorite mods - but with all the frustration that comes with the mods I didn't ask for! So, I simply decided to compile mods that I had fun with from my favorite modpacks, as well as those I haven't yet seen in large modpacks that I thought would complement each other rather nicely. In the end, I ended up with a sort of farmer-meets-archaeologist-meets-dragon fighter-meets-scientist sort of vibe... Well, anyway, I hope you enjoy it!
