Modpack equivalence for Minecraft version 1.10.2!

Notable differences:
    + Extra Planets has been adopted alongside Galacticraft to provide a more immersive experience (more dungeons, planets and terrain to explore)
    + Biomes O' Plenty is incorporated to further enhance the exploration aspect of this pack
    + VeinMiner aids in the reduction of grind, however, is balanced by VeinMiner Unlockable

    - Flans Mod is replaced with Modern Warfare

    - Big Reactors is replaced with Extreme Reactors (port)

    - Weather, Storms & Tornadoes has been removed for performance issues
    - Smart Movements has been left behind (not updated)

Oxygen/Thermal changes:

    - As you breathe in on Earth, you use less oxygen over time (50% less than being on other planets/dimensions)
    - Thermal levels are only taken into account on other planets
