Pain comes twice, nay, thrice!

Greatly increase Wither and Ender Dragon scaling. Added Security Craft. Lycanites mobs scaling increased but spawning decreased. Heart canister hearts drop chances reduced. Increased chance for higher tier champions to spawn. Increased overall health scaling significantly. Other minor changes.
