- Fixed Smart Moving crazy hunger drain. (but still waiting on the smart moving jump hunger config to actually work)

- Tweaked a few configs, nothing major

- Removed Server.dat file from install since the server is not going to be updating from smart moving 15.3 due to the jump hunger config mentioned above. As soon as it is fixed, and we are allowed to add Realistic World Generation, and Zombie Awareness to the pack, then I will update the server info into the client.
