Patch update 1.3-4

• Updated several mods to their latest versions.
• Optimized garbage collection (GC) allocation to support a range between 4GB and 4.5GB to prevent system strain. The default allocation remains at 8GB.
• Removed specific performance mods that had a high chance of causing conflicts or functional redundancies.
• Removed the Village Spawn Point mod to give players total freedom in choosing how they want to play.
