This pack supports Distant Horizons + Iris + Bliss Shader but you have to manually download and add them:

Collection of DH + Sodium+ Iris and other mods to make shaders work with DH

Working Bliss Shader

The pack works without them but it does not ship with DH or Iris a the moment.
