Mod Added: More Overlays

Ice and Fire:
Dragonsteel weapons base damage reduced from 25 > 10
Dragonsteel base armor reduced from 12 > 9
Dragon skeleton generation disabled.
Dragon health increased from 500 > 800
Dragon damage reducted from 17 > 15
Dragon breath damage reduced from 2.5/2.0 > 2.0/1.5
Dragon detection range reduced from 128 > 110

Spartan Weaponry:
Witherbone handle recipe removed(for now, being adjusted.)
Ice and Fire weapons, even after adjustment, are still the most powerful available before endgame.
The new recipe requires progression in several other areas in order to make.
Dragon bone weapons (removed for now) will require a Witherbone handle instead of just a witherbone.
